MANDATORY TRAINING / ONBOARDING
We deliver mandatory trainings that are in line with private and nhs frameworks. This is to ensure the candidates we supply are well equipped and confident enough to fit into clients’ framework requirements. Overall, this will enable them carry out a person centred care in their various roles. Our onboarding process is quick and easy with no hassle. We suppport our candidates through their journey of registering with us to ensure that we get them working ASAP.
DBS CHECKED WITH SATISFACTORY REFERENCES
At Lyriq Healthcare we ensure our candidates go through enhanced DBS checks. Also we ensure they have a satisfactory reference before being supplied to our clients for any agency work.
revalidation support and referral scheme
We also offer revalidation support and guidance to all our qualified Nurses. Please speak to one of our consulants whenever you are ready for revalidation.
Also, when you refer a colleague or a qualified nurse you get paid £100 referral fee.(Terms and conditions apply).
