Lyriq healthcare is a company established in 2019 as a staffing agency before diversifying into homecare services. The care we provide is regulated by the Care Quality Commission. Our head office is based in Hucknall, a large village in Nottinghamshire. At Lyriq healthcare we don’t just say it, we believe in actions through professionalism and person centred approach towards our service users, their families and all other stakeholders.

Our initial consultation with you shall be carried out by our registered manager in the comfort of your home . We also offer no obligation call initially to discuss you or your loved ones needs.

Our initial assessment with our service users will at all times be professional, person centred; meaning its all about you. We ensure our service users and their families are involved and empowered taking into consideration preferences and wishes thus enabling them to make informed choices. This will enable us develop an personalised care plan tailored to their needs and anticipated outcomes.

We also priortise matching our service users with the qualified and best caregivers to support their needs and the required number of hours at all times. Our caregivers are vetted via enhanced DBS checks with satisfactory references from previous employers and character references before welcoming them as part of the team. This process is to ensure the service users we provide care to are being looked after by caregivers with good background and excellent work ethics.

 

Our main focus is to building formidable relationships between our caregivers, our service users, their family members and all other stakeholders. We believe this creates a more qualified, friendly, and dedicated care service, where clients feel more comfortable, independent, and safe, thus promoting person centered care, recovery and better outcomes.

This is embedded in our gene and our caregivers embodies this everywhere, anyday and anytime whilst providing the best quality care to our service users at the comfort of their home.

Our aim is to provide compassionate and quality care to our service users in order to promote their independence and maintain their dignity whilst improving better outcomes.

At lyriq healthcare, our objectives are to provide tailored service to suit our service users’ individual needs. Safeguard service users’ privacy and confidentiality. Enable our service users to maintain independence and have informed choices. To work with all service users regardless of race, religious, cultural, sexual or gender treating services users equally and fairly. Lastly, incorporate their preferences and special needs in order to enable experienced and compassionate caregivers meet our service users’ needs accordingly.

We believe in honesty and openess through effective communication between our team, service users and all stakeholders involved. We value promoting partnership through collaborating with other agencies and stakeholders, such as family members, GPs and community teams. To provide person centred care taking into account the wishes of the service users and relatives To provide flexibility in care to suit individual needs and to meet our service users’ assessed needs with dignity and compassion, respect their rights and to assist them with maximum participation in the Community.
