Our Mission
We have put in place a complaints procedure and feedback form that will enable us form a formidable and long-lasting relationships with with our service users and their families. This will enable us to solve issues across all board for improvement and also to ensure we continue to provide person centered care.
Not only will our experienced carers support you, but we will also hold your hand throughout the journey, providing you an avenue to be in control of your own care, promote independence, respect our wishes and dignity and also promote recovery in your own home.
We value compliance and safeguarding concerns. Our carers and support workers are well and adequately trained and equipped to spot and identifying any safeguarding concerns to allow our service users live safely without any form of abuse.

Our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission(CQC). Also, our Homecare and Supported Living team is led by our experienced Registered Manager who is always available to discuss your individual needs to ensure an individualised care plan which provides you or your loved one with all the care and support tailored to their care needs.
We offer a cost effective care package, based on care needs identified by your social worker, yourself and availability of funding, wether self funding or funded by the local authority.
For our Home care service, experienced carers will be matched to your needs after an initial assessment. And for our Supported living services adequately trained and caring staff are always available 24/7 to provide care and support and to promote independence, develop life skills in-line with the care and support plan.
