What is Supported Living
Supported living enables adults with support needs to live in their own home with the help they need to be independent. It allows them to choose:
- where they want to live
- who with
- how they want to be supported
- what happens in their own home.
Supported living has a lot of overlap with housing with care but is typically considered separately.
People in supported living have their own tenancy agreement and are responsible for their own bills and cost of living. The personal care and accommodation parts of supported living are covered by separate agreements. To help cover costs individuals may be entitled to a range of benefits such as the housing benefit part of Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payments (PIP, up to state pension age only), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA, up to state pension age only) and Attendance Allowance (AA). Grants to adapt a property may also be available.
The cost of some or all a person’s care and support may be available through the local authority or sometimes via NHS funding. We currently accept these types of funding and from individuals that receives direct payment.

Person-Centred Care and Support Plans
Every individual is unique. Our dedicated team develops bespoke care plans that cater to each resident’s specific needs, aspirations, and preferences.
Accessible Housing
we work with housing associations and private landlords to source the bespoke accommodations appropriate and adequate for the care needs of individuals. In addition, individuals don’t have to worry about sorting their benefits out. The housing associations, private landlords,advocates and organisations we work in collaboration with supports to accessing the right and adequate benefits they are entitled that will enable them live a worry-free life, thus promoting their independence.
Comprehensive Support
Our staff are available 24/7 to provide:
• Assistance with daily living activities
• Emotional support and companionship
• Help with mobility and adaptive equipment
Skills Development and Independence
We promote independence by teaching valuable life skills, including:
• Meal preparation
• Personal budgeting
• Benefits claims and Advice
• Maximising your income
• Support with daily expenditures
• Support with managing bills etc.
• Using assistive technologies
• Communication techniques (e.g., sign language support)
Inclusive Community Integration
We help residents engage with their communities by supporting social activities, employment opportunities, and volunteering, while ensuring accessibility for all.
Specialised Health Management
Our team works in collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure seamless management of mental health, sensory impairments, and physical disabilities, including access to therapies and rehabilitation.
Specialised Trainings for staff
Our team comprises of personnels with wealth of experience in supporting people with Mental Health conditions. Also, our team are well and adequately trained in PBS (Positive Behavioural support), MAPA (Safety Intervention), Moving and Handling, First Aid, Basic Life Support, Medication Management, and Safeguarding Adults to support various care needs of the people we support.

As this provides assurance and value for money in terms of repair and good management of their homes. We ensure the tenancy agreement gives certain rights to both us and the landlord. The agreement will contain details of the landlord’s obligation to repair the property. For many people who want to live independently, getting the right care and support is just as important as securing the right home.
